Sweet Chilli Dip Recipe

Ingredients Quantity:
- 1 cup of water
- 1.5 tablespoons of chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- 1.5 tablespoon of minced garlic
- ½ cup of sugar
- ¼ teaspoon of salt or to taste
- 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of corn flour
How to prepare it?
- First of all, take a pan, and put water, chili flakes, minced ginger, minced garlic, sugar, salt, tomato ketchup, and white vinegar in the pan. Turn the flame ON and cook them until it’s simmered.
- Take another bowl, put corn flour and 2 tablespoons of water in the bowl, and mix it properly.
- Pour the flour mixture into the pan. Cook it on medium flame and continuously shirring until it becomes a thick paste.
- When it’s ready, turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Now, serve it with your favorite fast food and enjoy it
