Recipe of Zinger Wings
If you want to prepare these tasty wings at home then follow the recipe below:
Ingredients:
- Chicken (wings)
- All-purpose flour
- Vegetable Oil
- Garlic & Onion powder
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Paprika
- Lemon Juice
- Mustard
How to prepare it?
- First of all, you need to marinate the chicken wings, which makes it more tender.
- For marination, take a bowl and add the chicken wings to it. Then add the salt, mustard, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Note that all these spices are according to the number of pieces you want to make.
- Keep the marinated chicken aside for 30 minutes.
- Now add the oil in a pan to preheat the oil.
- Take another bowl and add all-purpose flour along with spices.
- Take the marinated chicken wings one by one and then completely dip them in the prepared dry mixture and coat them well so that become more crispy.
- And then put them into the preheated oil.
