Mini Loaf Recipe

Ingredients Quantity:
- 7 cups of bread flour
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons of instant yeast
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
How to prepare it?
- First of all, pour water into a container and add instant yeast. Mix it well.
- Next, add the bread flour, oil, and salt to the yeast water. Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Now, take out the dough on a flat surface and knead it until it becomes a soft dough.
- Place the dough in a bowl and add some dry flour on top of the dough. Cover it with a damp cloth for 1 hour.
- Now, release the gas by pushing it and cutting it into two pieces. Again cover it with a damp cloth for 15 minutes.
- Now, put the dough in a loaf pan, cover it, and set aside for an hour.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 400°F for 40 minutes. That’s it.
