The store selects 24 winners every month among all the entries enrolled in the draw. The total amount awarded to customers every month is 24000 CAD. 

Ways To Participate In Loblaws Customer Feedback Survey

There are two ways to participate in the customer feedback survey of Loblaws-

Participating Through The Website

• Click on this link to head to the StoreOpinion website.
• Now, enter the code on your receipt to participate in the survey. For users without the receipt, check the checkbox saying Don’t have receipt. 
• On the next page, you must select the store to participate in the survey. 
• You will now have to enter the store’s address and the time of your visit. 
• Confirm whether you are age 18 or not. 
• Once done, you will be asked whether you visited the offline store or shopped through the website. 
• Answer all the survey questions correctly and you will then be asked whether you want to participate in the survey or not; confirm it to participate in the survey.

Participating Though Phone Number

Dial the number 1-800-541-2989 on your phone, and you will find yourself communicating with an IVR. There is an automated questionnaire set in the call in verbal format. Make sure you answer all the questions carefully and precisely. Do not take too long to answer and don’t talk about irrelevant information on the call.

• All participants must be legal residents of Canada
• All participants must be above 18 years of age
• To qualify for the customer satisfaction survey, your receipt must not be older than seven days.
• Customers will get to choose only one of the two prizes
