Double Crunch Burger KFC Recipe
I am so excited to share the amazing double-crunch burger recipe with you. Let’s start.
- First, take some pieces of chicken and slice them in half.
- These chicken slices are covered in plastic wrap and pounded till thin.
- In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Garlic powder, 1/4 Tsp Red chili powder or Paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder, and mix all these ingredients very well.
- Now, add the chicken slices in a bowl and marinate the chicken.
- Leave it for 20 minutes or longer.
- Again in a bowl add the 3-4 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp sriracha, 1 tbsp Ketchup, and mix well.
- Add 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup corn starch, 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder, and 1 Tsp salt in another bowl and mix well.
- In another bowl, pour 1 egg, add 4 tablespoons of milk, and mix both of them very nicely.
- Now, take the chicken slices and coat them in flour mixture then dip them in the egg mixture, again coating generously with bread crumbs.
- Pree flour onto the chicken and dust off the extra flour.
- In a pan, add oil and heat it at medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken slices and fry for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown in color.
- On a plate, place the burger bun and spread the sauce.
- Place the 2 chicken patties, lettuce, cheese slices, and tomato at the top.
- Now, you can enjoy this recipe with your family.

The taste was so amazing waoo. Well, the burger is crispy and spicy, as lettuce and sauce are the essential parts that increase the level of taste. More and more friendly and suitable for breakfast. Generally, it is also rich in calories and nutrients.
